1 chocolate Swiss roll
3-4 tablespoons cherry liqueur or creme de cacao
2 x 250 ml cans of cream
150g chocolate, melted
grated chocolate shavings or broken, for garnish
1. Slice the Swiss roll and place the slices in a bowl.
2. Pour in the alcohol. 1 cup cream until stiff, add the melted chocolate and mix well. Spread them on the list of Switzerland.
3. Defeat the second cup cream, pour over the chocolate and smooth.
4. Sprinkle the surface with grated chocolate or crumbled into flakes, and serve cold for 1 hours - unbelievable.
