I do not know what I found what I have or have my tailbone brused but for me it really hurts and I'm going to Hawaii next week, and you just want to kno the time to relax?

I fell down a flight of stairs while I was pregnant and landed on the tailbone. I have a small jump. It took about 4 weeks to heal. If you such is not broke, is probably next week.
Try not to shake it for granted for too long, then a pillow under the buttocks of beef contribute to pain. Naturally heal, but in the meantime, on ice, then try a little heat from the light.
