It seems that its base is the solution. The cracks can be easily and cheaply fixed, but if your foundation is the solution that you have bigger problems. You can fix the cracks with mesh tape and spackle. You must first cut along the crack all cowards. Next, place the mesh tape over the crack and a layer of spackle. Allow to dry and even put a layer of Spackle and feather the edges. Be sure to drop all bands meshes. Allow to dry and after drying, the sand is easy to difficult times. If the wall has a structure to correspond to Spackle the texture. Allow the paint to dry and then with the existing color. This crack could return if the base is the solution.
